Default NCSoft serial waiting time

I just bought some items at the NCSoft store, and I wanted to end it off by buying Eye of the North which is on sale right now (for not much longer). However, upon feeding it the credit card info for EotN the store gave me an error and said that I had to wait for a while because I just made a purchase. 30/45 minutes lates it is still not getting through.

Anyone know how long you have to wait for this? The NCSoft faq explains why it is necessary, but doesn't mention the actual amount of time. I'd like to get it before the sale ends.

Closing in on two hours.. still nothing.

MOD EDIT: OP asked me to include this quote from him.

Quote:
Well, after 3 days and 2 hours I finally got fed up with the waiting time. A player recommended me to use the ingame store instead, which I hadn't noticed up until earlier today. I waited a few more hours for the webstore to open up to my credit card again, but it was just of no use.

The ingame store worked instantly, so I am very happy about that (still a little less happy about missing the sale because of this). As a result I am not quite sure what to do with the thread. I suppose you can write down that I waited 3 full days for the store to open up after the 1st purchase and 2.5 days for a response from the support team, even if it was to no avail.

New customers who don't own the core game need to be aware of this if they want to take advantage of sales before time runs out.

I think you have to wait 24 hours, But I could be wrong.

That's a little.. extreme for the amount of money spend? Oh well. This is going to work out one way or the other.

If you can't get it when you try again just wait a couple hours or contact support. If you're making multiple separate credit card purchases then they'd have to wait to make followup purchases as the banks do it to prevent cc theft.

Give it a couple hours and then just try again or contact support. FYI you should lump it all in one purchase if you can, or buy it through the in-game store

The store only allows me to buy one thing at a time. I can't cue up things. The ingame store.. I haven't seen that yet. I imagine I'd still run into the same delay.

Either way, if it's not 14 hours then it's probably indeed 24. The sale is still going on, which means this is probably the final day. I might be able to purchase it with hours to spare.

The store is offline now for maintenance. I have a sneaky suspicion that by the time it is back the sale will be gone. Or even worse, the stuff I bought earlier will be on sale now.

Update: 24 hours and 15 minutes now. Something seems.. wrong. I messaged the NCSoft's online support. I will post the final time here, for future forum searches.

Update 2: The sales have ended. Still cannot use the store. I feel a little like I've been had.
